Buddha Bowls!

Buddha Bowls are all the craze! They are so easy, so delicious, and you can incorporate everything in the kitchen sink. For my bowls, I typically use greens or quinoa, but you can use whatever grain you want. Then, add whatever you want. At my house, we love cutting sweet potatoes into fry shapes, and baking them in the oven without any oil. They are so simple and yummy! We cook them at 400 degrees Fahrenheit and eat them with homemade hummus or guacamole. I feel like I can't give you a specific recipe for a Buddha Bowl because everyone is different. They are a perfect way to get creative with what you have and use up leftovers. Have fun with it and experiment! You can even use frozen veggies if that's all that's available. will most definitely enjoy your meal! We also love dicing tofu into cubes, marinading it in soy sauce, nooch, cumin, and garlic powder, and then baking it in the oven on a cookie sheet at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-30 minutes. Take it out when it is golden and you have straight gold!
